War crimes in Libya

It's pretty obvious after reading ITV News' Bill Neely's blog account of the aftermath of the retaking of Zawiya in Libya, that war crimes happened there.  He reports Gaddafi's troops are going door to door searching for anyone resembling a rebel and taking them away. He tells of war crimes being committed, and asserts it is clear to him this is the case.  Keep in mind, this is from a well-seasoned reporter born in Northern Ireland and who has reported on devastating wars throughout his working life.

What more does the United Nations and the NATO alliance need?  War crimes are being committed right under their noses by Gaddafi, and he is clearly getting away with it while the western countries dither about the letter of the law.
